The hotel's charm was delightful, with a historic feel that was truly unique. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants, making it a great choice for any kind of trip.
The WiFi was slow and unreliable, which was a bit frustrating at times. while the breakfast was decent overall, there were a few minor things that could have been improved, such as the quality of the pastries.

This charming hotel is perfectly located just a short stroll from the bustling city centre yet nestled on a tranquil street. the traditional wooden floors and high ceilings add character to the spacious rooms, while the polite and welcoming staff ensure a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy a typical Chilean breakfast with eggs, and the coffee shop and restaurants located within walking distance. the hotel is well-maintained, offering lovely views from some of the rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere.
The Wi-Fi connection can be weak sometimes.

The staff were friendly and helpful. the buffet breakfast was satisfactory and the location was convenient. the wooden floors and high ceilings gave the place a traditional feel and the laundry service was efficient.
The lack of a fan in the room made it very uncomfortable to sleep at night. the room fittings were old and cramped and there was no fridge included.
